Basic Philosophy
Flagship Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") operates its business with the aim of accelerating our customers' e-commerce operations.
Information assets handled in our business, including customer information, are of utmost importance to our management foundation.
All persons who handle information assets, including officers and employees who recognize the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, shall comply with this policy and practice activities to maintain information security including the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
Basic Policy
- To protect information assets, we establish an information security policy and related regulations, conduct business in accordance with them, and comply with laws, regulations, other norms related to information security, and contractual obligations with our customers.
- We clarify the criteria for analyzing and evaluating risks such as leakage, damage, and loss of information assets, establish a systematic risk assessment method, and conduct risk assessments on a regular basis. Based on the results, we implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
- We establish an information security structure centered on the officer in charge, and clarify the authority and responsibilities related to information security. We also conduct regular training, exercises, and awareness activities to ensure that all employees recognize the importance of information security and handle information assets appropriately.
- We conduct regular inspections and audits of compliance with the information security policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly take corrective action for any deficiencies or improvement items discovered.
- We take appropriate measures in response to information security events and incidents, and establish response procedures in advance to minimize damage in the event of such incidents. In the event of an incident, we respond promptly and take appropriate corrective action. For incidents that may cause business interruption, we establish a management framework and conduct regular reviews to ensure business continuity.
- We establish an information security management system with objectives for realizing the basic philosophy, implement it, and continuously review and improve it.
