Flagship to Support Satsudora Official Online Store's Co-creation Platform Operations and Launch LOGILESS-Compatible "Connector for Mirakl"

Flagship Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Shinma; hereinafter referred to as "Flagship") has launched "Connector for Mirakl," an application that links "Mirakl," a leading provider of e-commerce solutions, with "LOGILESS," an automated e-commerce shipping system provided by Logiless Inc.
This application connects marketplaces built with Mirakl to LOGILESS, streamlining the management of product information, inventory information, order information, and shipping information for sellers. By adopting this application, marketplace operators enable sellers using LOGILESS to more easily join marketplaces operated by companies that have implemented Mirakl, leveraging their existing operational environments.
At Sapporo Drug Store Co., Ltd.'s marketplace (the SatsuDora Official Online Store operates as a "co-creation platform"), which has implemented this application, companies that had previously deferred listing due to the requirement for LOGILESS integration have now started full-scale listing with the launch of this application, significantly advancing the entry of new sellers.
Background and Overview of Development
Mirakl has been adopted by over 450 companies globally, and its implementation is progressing in major Japanese companies such as Iris Plaza, Nitori, and JR West. Flagship was certified as Japan's first Mirakl Solution Partner (*1) in October 2024, and our members obtained the first Mirakl Academy certification in a Japanese company (*2).
LOGILESS, newly supported since April 2026, is an integrated e-commerce management system that combines OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System). Currently, many e-commerce businesses utilize LOGILESS to integrally manage multiple malls and marketplaces.
However, marketplaces of companies that had implemented Mirakl previously lacked system integration with LOGILESS. For businesses using LOGILESS as their operational base, new entry into these marketplaces posed a high hurdle due to significant operational burden.
"Connector for Mirakl," provided by Flagship, is a strategic solution designed to eliminate this barrier to entry. When marketplace operators become the contracting party for this application and integrate it as a standard platform feature, sellers using LOGILESS can achieve smooth entry without the hassle of individual system integration.
This allows operators to enhance convenience for sellers, promoting overall marketplace revitalization and sustainable growth.
*1 Certified partner companies with specialized knowledge that support Mirakl implementation, integration, and operational design.
*2 Official learning program used by partners and customers to acquire the knowledge necessary for Mirakl products, features, implementation, and operations.
