Flagship Launches "Connector for Mirakl" for Nitori, Linking CROSS MALL with Marketplaces Built on Mirakl

This application connects marketplaces built with Mirakl to CROSS MALL, streamlining the management of product information, inventory information, order information, and shipping information for sellers. By adopting this application, marketplace operators enable sellers using CROSS MALL to more easily join marketplaces operated by companies that have implemented Mirakl, leveraging their existing operational environments.
In April 2026, Nitori Co., Ltd. adopted this application. In its marketplace, where Nitori invites sellers handling products that complement its own assortment, integration with CROSS MALL — a requirement on the sellers' side — had been a barrier to listing. With this application in place, seller onboarding and operations have actually begun, and further expansion of the seller base is planned.

Mirakl has been adopted by over 450 companies globally, and its implementation is progressing in major Japanese companies such as Iris Plaza, Sapporo Drug Store, and JR West.
