Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged or soiled due to customer negligence
- Sale or specially priced items
Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, soiled, or defective, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We may ask you to provide photos of the defect for assessment.
If the item is deemed defective upon arrival, we will cover shipping costs and exchange it for the same item, or issue a refund.
We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for defective items in the following cases:
- More than 8 days have passed since receipt
- Damage or soiling caused by the customer's use or storage
- Items returned without prior notice

If the return/exchange is due to our error:
We will cover all shipping and handling fees. If the return is due to a defective item or incorrect delivery, please contact us at the email address below and return the item with shipping charges collect.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Please send the return prepaid. Please note that in this case, only the product price (including tax) will be refunded.
